Complimentary Consultation CallWe begin with a complimentary consultation call to ensure we are the right advisor-client fit. During this conversation, we’ll explore your vision for the trip, travel style, preferred destinations, dates, budget and any special occasions or must-haves. This is where your journey truly begins.
Custom Itinerary DesignOnce the Travel Planning Fee is received and your Client Profile is complete, I begin designing your bespoke itinerary. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to reflect your interests and priorities. You’ll received a personalized proposal, and we’ll refine it together with up to three revisions until it feels just right.
Confirming Your TripAfter the itinerary is finalized, I take care of confirming all components of your journey – accommodations, transportation, private touring, travel insurance and flights – ensuring every detail is seamlessly coordinated.
While You TravelWhile you’re traveling, you’re fully supported. You’ll have direct access to me, along with my trusted on-the-ground partners around the world, should anything arise. Our goal is for you to travel with confidence, ease and peace of mind.
